The Anderson Family Legacy

The Anderson family came to Waukomis, OK in the early 1900’s and purchased a farm just west of town.

Grandpa Frederick Anderson brought his “mail order” bride Fannie to the farmhouse he built that is still standing! He was 40, she was 30, and they were blessed with 6 children.

Richard was one of Frederick & Fannie’s grandsons. Richard met and married his bride Mo (Gregg) at Waukomis High School.

Richard and Mo love their hometown and built Buffalo Junction and Buffalo Point to bring beauty, business and employment to Waukomis.
